Hygiene
The course of the gai-ri-sseur is demanding. It is strongly advised to have a regular spiritual practice. The Savitri Academy offers 11-21-40 day online programs that we highly recommend to integrate new habits.
In practice
- you give and receive 3 treatments during the weekend

- we go through the history and genesis of the practice
